My friend and colleague most own sophisticated vehicles like mine which is a 2025 Tesla Model X. Chilton Santa Clara may not have the necessary equipment, skill, or test process to deal with this sophisticated vehicles, despite being designated Tesla approved shop.

The General Manger Hung Diep agrees to continue to pursue solution to fix the underlying charging issue, but it is unclear how proactive he will be. I am left hanging not knowing when will the problem be fixed in a satisfactory manner.
