Very happy with the workmanship and the courtesy of the workers but the problem my head was offender took too long to get. I think you can do a better job getting parts to them.

I have used the body shop multiple times and all with great results. It seems there is a lot more confusion or disorganization in the body shop compared to past experiences. There were multiple promises of call backs that were not kept. Work was good as usual.

Had to go check on car after 2 1/2 hours and saw it was sitting out front when heading to service department. Changed service advisor at some point and she didn’t know it was finished! Probably not her fault. Communication break down.

Car was returned absolutely filthy. The interior of car was covered in dust and paint debris and the exterior was covered in tape residue. A quick detail should have been done.
