They got the job done when they said they would and did a Great job. They were very friendly and the price they did it for was literally 1/2 the price of the other shop I was going to use (Selbert Auto Body in Eureka, Missouri). So, ya I am very pleased about the entire experience with Auffenberg Ford.

I’m giving a ten. Because the repairs looked good. But there was greasy handprints all over the inside. Maybe an over site so I won’t dwell on it.

Not satisfied. The paint was not blended at all. There was front bumper, grill and hood damage. They replaced the bumper cover and repaired a small portion of the hood. They only repainted part of the hood and there are obvious paint lines on the hood. The new bumper cover and repair on hood are clearly not blended and the paint does not match the rest of the hood or the fenders.

My pregnant wife picked up the car. It was dark and they did not show her the repair, didn’t know where it was parked, and didn’t offer to help find it. Stated “it’s out there somewhere”
