We understand accidents are an inconvenience, so we make it our mission to make the repair process as easy as possible. One call and we handle it all! Insurance claims, coordinate towing if required, rental cars, valet service and door to door concierge service (within reason) for drivable vehicles. Rental vehicles ON SITE! Our services help our customers so they can focus on their life with minimal interruption. Vehicle owners will be updated by text or email messages through the CCC1 Plus Program or Car Wise. We meet great people, like you, by accident!

Very unhappy with the repeated falsehoods issued by Chris Autobody. First I visited, they photographed the car and told me I would hear from them early next week. I wanted a week and now phone call. I waited a week and called them back the Monday of the following week. They told me I could bring the car in at the end of that week. At the end of that week I was told to bring the car in on the following Monday and it would be done by “the end of that week”. No car on Friday. The said it would be done next Tuesday. On Tuesday they said it would be done on Thursday. Big surprise, no car on Thursday. Thursday I told them I was coming for the car at 9 AM on Friday. At this point, I began to doubt that my car hadn’t been stolen or wrecked and they were just covering up. Well, the car was there on Friday. No consumer should have to go through what I did just to get a scrape repaired. I will never use Chris Autobody again. They used to be a local, reliable business. The new owner does not know how to run a business. A successful business does not run on lies. I used them because my family had good results with Chris Autobody under the former ownership and because my insurance company used them and presumably had faith in them. That faith is no longer warranted.

Chris Autobody repeatedly told me untruths about my car. I took it to them on a Monday. They took photos and got in touch with NJM. They told me they would call me that week to bring it in for body work. They did not call, which should have been my first hint. I called the following Monday and they told me to bring it in at the end of the week. They told me it would be done in a week. When I called for my car at the end of the week, they told me it would be done the following Tuesday. it would be done on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday, they told me it would be done on Thursday. I called on Thursday and they told me it would be done on Friday. I called on Friday and they told me it would be done later and they would call me. I finally got my car on Friday. They held me up by 3 weeks to get the scratch repaired on my car. I didn't have a car for two weeks of that time. When the shop was owned by the prior owner, I got terrific service. I WOULD NEVER USE CHRIS AUTOBODY HEADED BY "ANGEL" AGAIN. They returned the car to me with the scratch repaired and the front driver's side repainted. Angel then told me that NJM had wanted to consider my car a "total loss" for a scratch from scraping the side of my garage. I doubt that is the case. When I finally got the car it is loud and sounds like a truck. I just had the entire muffler system replaced on the car. I don't know what they did to it, but Monday it is going back to a mechanic I trust for an evaluation. This company is now operated by a bad businessman and I would think twice before continuing to use him. Cynthia Richards

Repair was done well but took a very long time to complete, which was supposedly a supply chain matter with regards to some parts.

I can’t say enough about Chris’ Auto Body. Unbelievable work, white glove service, incredible communication. Made my car look as good as new and in great time. The only place I will go for all of my auto repair needs!
