They did a great job. My car was one month old when a deer took the front end off. They were very thorough and it looks brand new again

They didn't do as promised for time frame which I can understand but the most important part of my repair (as I felt ) was completely left undone and we went over it during the estimate they knew and left it the way it was .

I was not given a repair schedule when I first spoke to the shop but was told I would be called when the parts arrived and the repair would be scheduled at that time. Several weeks later I called to find out about the schedule. At that time I was told that the parts were in and "didn't we schedule the appointment when they were ordered?" was the question I was asked. The appointment was then scheduled.
