Took the car in to repair ding dents and scratches when I picked up my car it was covered in dust. One ding in the rear passenger door was not repaired even though it wasn't on the quote you think someone would have noticed and called after a week of work was done. Multiple sensor lights are alarming the trunk lid alarm says it is open when it's not the headlight and rear taillight sensors alarm all were fine when I dropped off the car. I will repair myself. Not impressed with the attention to detail. I appreciate the pricing etc but was very disappointed when I picked the car up and found out the estimate did not include the items I requested to be repaired. In example, the estimator had to call me and ask to proceed to with the hood repair which was not included it the main reason I brought the vehicle in for repair. Maybe a walk around after the estimate is done would be beneficial to make sure both parties agree / double check the that needs t be complete. One more time around the vehicle while reviewing the estimate would be very beneficial and would eliminate the dissatisfaction.
