Since we were new to the area we accepted our insurances advice, in the future, we will look outside of Kingman, AZ to have work done.

Said they would have it so many days and never called to say they needed it for more days than quoted, had to call each day for an update and then when service gal said she would call back, never did so when I called back myself, she snapped at me. The second time taking vehicle back, the staff was accommodating & helpful, seemed to want to fix the situation.
