Took the vehicle in as scheduled on Tuesday, they said parts weren’t in. Didn’t call to tell me. Then they called on Wednesday asking why I didn’t bring the vehicle in on Tuesday! Took it in Thursday morning for a 1/2 day job. I called late in the day and they said they needed another part. I said to keep the truck until Monday. They always said they would call as soon as it was ready. Never got a call. I called them Monday morning and was told they had to do some spot paint work, would be ready by 3:30. No call again. I called Tuesday morning and it was finally finished. I don’t mind that the repair took longer than planned, but would have appreciated some communication from them.

When I went to pick up my car after they'd called me to tell me it was finished, I showed up and the paint had weeped, causing a visual swoop. I brought this to the attention of the front office and they quickly went to work fixing it. I had to rebook the rental I was using and wait half an hour for the vehicle to be brought to me. The shop paid for the extra 24 hours of a rental, but if someone had quality checked the work this would have not been a problem.
