The only issue I had was one of the workers calling me up trying to sell me up.. Inspection which I knew... I asked for that to be done when I brought my car in to be fixed from the accident. Also tried to sell me an oil change telling me I was overdue which I was not overdue I had a little sticker thing from my last oil change in my little cubby and I knew I had over 3000 miles left to go. Other than that I was totally satisfied

We were pleasantly surprised, not being familiar with this service center. The staff were friendly, informative and cooperative… giving us several updates on the progress throughout the couple of weeks they worked on the car. The work was completed several days before the projected date, we were so happy about that. They saw the tires needed to be rotated and called us to ask if we wanted them to handle. And yes was our reply. The car was cleaned inside and out and the repair work was perfect! We are so happy our Allstate agent recommended them and will definitely sing their praises to others. Thank you

The car was brought to Chris Auto Center due to an accident. We were referred by Allstate. The team at Chis was efficient, kept us informed throughout the repairs. They gave us a timeframe and stuck to it. While at Chris we had routine maintenance done in addition to the bodywork. Their prices were reasonable, the work met my high standards and it was completed on time. I highly recommend Chris Automotive Center
