Hi! My car needed repairs due to an accident that damaged my driver’s side door. I dropped it off and a week or so later it was fixed. When I picked it up, you couldn’t even tell it had been damaged! It was done in the time period promised AND, it was cleaner inside and out, than it was when I left it. This is my second time leaving the car with Milner’s and my experience was the same the first time. I hope there is never a need for a third visit, but if there is, I would totally take it back with confidence that it will be well taken care of!

Sadly, I backed into a 2nd pole and have now paid for two new bumpers in 5 weeks. My sweet husband would so proud! Haha! Where do I start? My entire experience was a home run!! Each person that I interacted with was kind, professional and helpful. The new building is grand. Making car decisions without Jim’s input is new for me. I trust you Chris and your entire team. I will absolutely continue doing business with you. And will recommend you and your team to all of our friends. In Nov. my extended warranty expires. What I would like to do when that happens is bring my car to your shop instead of going to the Mercedes dealership in McKinney. They are nice and fair. However I believe your prices will be easier to swallow. God bless you Chris and Ryan.
