I was pretty satisfied with the service even though it took longer than expected, communication was difficult, and payment took way longer than it should have. The quote was good and the repairs were great. Granted more could have been done, I didn't think cleaning or anything was something I had to survey on. This was my first time getting repair work done and they did a great job with that. I'm just happy to have two beautiful bumpers again. I came here upon a recommendation by family. So I'd probably do the same.

I think the repair work was beautifully done, it looks great. However they replaced one light on one side and not the other, so the car looks a little funny or at least not symmetrical which would have been nice. But the overall repair work was well done and looks great.

They were very nice and efficient, especially when I ended up being there after closing time due to their having technical difficulties. Paying for service took a long time too as the equipment was down. It was just a bit tricky to get updates when I called in because I had to wait for the rep who started my case and he was often always busy. So communication was a little troublesome.
