The repair job was marvelous and well done. Just have to communicate better of the status of repair progress so to minimize my anxiety. I need to use the 4Runner for winter driving and it made me angry 😡 that when you fellows told me I could pick up the vehicle and then had a very rude statement the day I called that I had to wait for your folks call and not to call back. This was unacceptable and make me second thought and hesitate to do business with your shop in the future 🤔🤔

My lights do not work on low beam & I had to take it to the ford dealership & have a new sensor put in it because it wouldn’t quit beeping. They didn’t fix it either or the lights.. frustrating! The body work looks fine.. but not happy with the lights & beeping
