I am not sure if this will be addressed in a different question and I need to be able to split the rating. Monte was very helpful and kind; good customer service. I am not satisfied with the repair job and the backup camera it is not centered; the bumper and the right hand corner of the viewing screen is cut off. This needs to be fixed. The backup camera coverage was perfect prior to the accident.

Where to begin. For starters, the experience is not over bc we have not picked up our vehicle, because it hasnât been fixed the way we wanted it fixed. Not that anyone would know that. Apparently telling the staff here over & over does nothing. The work was done before anyone contacted us & we have still not been able to get it through anyoneâs thick skull what the problem is. Also, I have told multiple âcustomer serviceâ agents that this is my fiancées vehicle & yet she has received zero respect or professionalism from a single employee of yours. Donât feel like this is all your fault though. Gieco & Enterprise are just as guilty in this whole ordeal. It baffles me how many people we have explained this situation to without a single inteligente response. I truly hope someone reads this & does get back to me. That would be a refreshing change.
