A great customer experience is something that many companies claim they offer, but they really don't. If your employees do not buy into the core values, then the company name suffers. I want to personally thank Taylor for being such an amazing employee. I can see that he takes his job seriously and aims to please his customers. What a pleasant personality he has as well.
