Stan completely ignored and disregarded what I asked to have checked. He and the receptionist did NOT mention I could have my rental dropped off with them instead of having to drop it off and then pick up my car. my car was supposed to be ready by 4 pm Thursday, the car wise status website showed my car was not complete. Friday LATE afternoon I was notified my car was ready and had maybe 2 hours to get there & drop off the rental. When I called to let them know I would be there right at 6 the receptionist told me she couldn't guarantee they would still be there & that I NEED to be there by 6. It would have been extremely helpful to know in advance I could have left my car with them instead of standing in a 30 minute line to drop off my rental & having to rush to the collision center. this was the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have dealt with in a very long time. I am extremely disappointed and now left with an unfinished car that I now have to debate with the insurance company to have the remaining work finished.
