I had flood damage - electrical, carpet, and mold. The electric and carpet were replaced. The mold smell has improved but is not completely gone. Since I was without the car as it was there 3-4 weeks, I was hoping that I would not have to smell mold and it affect my health. I don't know if it were in the mats that got flooded and reinstalled or the seats that were removed and reinstalled.

Ciocca called me everyday for almost a week straight wanting me to schedule my repair even though I had told them multiple times I had to wait for Travelers to okay the work. And I felt Ciocca had my car for a long time, a week and two days to prep and paint a bumper felt a little too long, especially when they pressured me to make an appointment ASAP and then sign docs to start ordering parts.
