When I called over the phone I had a difficult time getting an appointment scheduled. I was told several times that the office manager does the scheduling and would call back but she never did. As a result I had to keep calling back. However, the estimator was friendly and competent all three times we met in person and the overall communication via the texting system with follow up phone call works great.
