Just can't figure out why the parts took so long after getting truck back it didn't look like there were many parts ordered

It looked like you spliced in some wires put a new oxygen sensor and a new coil wire attachment. Not sure why this job took so long I'm curious what parts took so long to get in there was no wire harness just spliced wires

The work looks real good but I here a chirping sound when I stop and to me it sounds like it's either from the exhaust or coming from the hatch but since the work is guaranteed for as long as I own the car I wasnt going to drive all the way there now for a chirp

Services repair was great. I’m not happy about having to pay a $500 deductible on a hit and run….. My car was hit overnight on the street. But travelers never asked anything. It definitely sucks to pay full coverage and the insurance had me paying the deductible since was not my fault.

We went to pick up the vehicle & noticed some bubbles on the hood so they keep it for another day to buff them out. Then a day later we noticed the passenger side window switch & door lock were not operating. Myself being a mechanic, decided to remove the interior door panel & found that the electrical plugs were not connected.

Ciocca was very prompt in contacting me after the claim went in. They kept me apprised of what was being done with the vehicle at each step of the repair and updated me on when it would be completed. They made sure I'd have the vehicle back before the weekend and arranged for a pick up on Friday. The process was smooth and seamless.
