Communication was very good. I was a bit shocked by the cost but truthfully I haven't been involved in an accident since 1969. By the way the deer hit my car not the other way around.

The only complaint was that my car was extremely dusty from the work done and parts of tools and things were left inside (nothing of value, just plastic bits and things).

Not really. Didn't keep me up to date and I called to check on status a few times. I had to rent a car but I wasn't told how long my car would be in shop so just rented the car Monday to Friday called Thursday to see when car would be done because the rental would need to be returned the next day. Was told car out date was Wednesday. So I rented the car for 5 more days. I called Friday moring as i was going away later in the afternoon, car not ready yet. Friday about 3:30-400 they called to tell me the car was done. I was out of town so I couldn't pick up. Which ment I couldn't pick the car up till Monday. Renting the car for days I wouldn't need it. So I was not a happy camper. Luckily the people I was with told me to call back and see if I could pay over the phone and pick the car up Saturday. So that is what I ended up doing. So I was not happy with the lack of communication.
