There was still scratches from the tree on the roof that could have been buffed out and one scratch that was overlooked in repairs... other than that the dents and the main dings were cared for.

There are still scratches from the tree on the roof of the car that should be buffed out at minimum, if not a new paint job in total, since it’s clear there are still scratches on the car. There’s also a noticeable scratch that was overlooked in repairs next to the driver’s side that is still present. The major dents and the main dings were cared for, but again the paint and scratches still seem to be present. Their customer service and demeanor were friendly however, I was informed they’d finish the car Friday 4/2, then we told them to pickup on Monday 4/5 since they said they had to “polish something” then they said Monday 4/4 can they have until Tuesday 4/6 afternoon and we said fine. Then they said finally at 2-3pm Tuesday 4/6 that they would be finished in the evening by 5pm, we again agreed since we wanted the best job done and polish to be great! However we were informed when we got the car at 5pm that the shop is actually closed at 5pm which then had my fiancée feeling rushed to pickup the car and accept it the way it is. My fiancé wasn’t able to fully review all the minor scratches and issues in detail as it was already getting dark, but these issues should have been taken care of. Also we didn’t even see where the car could have been polished.
