It was impossible to get in touch with anyone. Anytime I called I was always sent to an answering service and never had my calls returned. I would have to send emails as well. I never got any status updates and had to drive over to see if my car was done because no one would answer calls/emails.

I appreciate the great work, affordable price, and timely personal service. I am still worried about my rear camera that stopped working completely, but I will have PDA Road gear check it to understand more about what is going on with it. Regardless, I would recommend Cisco's for any and all auto body work.

The people seemed nice but we never received information or paperwork that was requested. There seemed to be much disorganization. It took much longer to get the repair done than was indicated to us. The paperwork for the estimate or charge for the extras after the initial estimate was complicated and not outlined in full. We were not provided the estimate for some damage that was repaired.
