I had gotten a couple of other estimates, the shops immediately said the bumper needed to be replaced at a cost of around $1500. Hans looked at it, was thinking outside the box, and came up with a different way of doing the repair for only a little over $300.

Lorene was awesome. When I first called to make an appointment for an estimate, there was a phone glitch ... the phone would stop ringing but no one there. Happened a couple of times. A little while later Lorene called me and said she saw I had been trying to call. After going in for the estimate and meeting her and Hans, I knew I had found the right place. She's so friendly and nice to deal with, it made it a very pleasant experience.

I was initially concerned with a few things regarding my repair. I needed to have my front bumper removed and a new one painted and installed. I was quoted around $200-$300 over the phone. The estimate was given to me without asking for any details on my car (make, model, color, etc.) When I took my car in and we were able to plug in all the necessary information to get an exact quote, it was almost double what I was told initially. I was provided with great service throughout the initial process, so I decided to go through with it. The finished product was amazing. You couldn’t even tell the replacement was different from that of the original, the paint matched exactly with the color of the car. I was misquoted, but I definitely got what I paid for. Cisco gave me a final walkthrough of the repair and explained everything in detail. Overall great experience.

In all honestly I could believe the work I was kinda worried cause it was pretty deep scratches on the Dumper but I’ll definitely go back to Cisco’s with any of my other cars

The paint work completed On the car looks great and was well done however, Why Answered no in complete satisfaction is regarding misunderstanding on how the bumpers were painted on this car model but not the “mud flaps”. I thought the whole bumper piece included what was identified as separate “mud flaps” being painted since they have same color and are not the traditional black rubber Flaps on other vehicles. Being that this was not a job that was done through insurance, me as a consumer who doesn’t get paint jobs on a regular basis did not know that small part would be considered an additional panel when it was explained to me that the fender, doors, and bumpers were considered panel pieces. Im the future that might be helpful to point out so the customer had a better expectation of end product because when I rolled up and saw the car the bumpers looked great but the same condition mud flaps pieces takes away that wow factor. There is paint chipping on right side molding solution Corner and on the edge Of bumper it sits on, on the right side of front bumper. The driver side rear door had a large scratch on it. I was told that the front passenger door was also painted for free to blend with rear passenger door. And that an indent was also corrected and painted on the inside of car lip of passenger side door that was not charged as well but I would have preferred the driver side rear door had been painted if given the choice based on visibility of blemish. I thought another set of pictures would have been taken with car washed down prior to painting. And that it would have been included with invoicing and could be emailed. Only first set of pics are on file with my invoice.
