Communication was poor. When I picked up the car, there was an additional charge, but I realize later that never was explained to me. Phone calls letting me know status of the car were nonexistent. I had to call to initiate. I would recommend focusing more time on keeping contact with the customer During the process and going over the invoice in detail when the car is picked up.
