I can’t say enough good things about this place! Everyone was so kind and very knowledgeable. I took my car to City Auto Body because my husband had his car fixed and they did such a great job. They are 100% the best repair shop and we will never go anywhere else. They are professionals and perfectionists!

I was greeted kindly as soon as I walked in the door. The man looked at my car and wrote an estimate up in a few minutes. I was called during the repairs to update me. I was very happy with the customer service.

Workmanship seems to be fine. Kudos for that and to Floyds for the tire work (and anyone else subcontracted) I give it a 5 due to the poor and unprofessional behavior by the owners. I would recommend someone else handle clients or for the owner to brush up on their customer service skills. When people are paying for a service it's best not to try and consistently brag about doing people favors and helping them out. The way the situation went with Scott giving me what I thought was a loaner but was a rental was wild. I called out of respect to be sure I honored the vehicle handed to me. I was met with an arrogant owner saying how he is the owner and can do what he wants when charging people. I inquired on them mentioning wanting to use used parts and owner became very offended and quite aggressive. Scott would be the best option fir customer communication in my opinion. I would recommend them for the work but would remind people to tread lightly around the owners
