Car door handle inside is filthy and material is lifting this was not like this when dropped off Car was to b finished on Friday and when we got there to pick it up it was not done I had already taken the rental car back earlier in the day and contract had been closed so I was without a car until Monday afternoon There also seems to b something different with the screen but need to see if this is just an adjustment I can make

I’m person the office on liberty ave felt disorganized when I dropped my car off. The one on Penn Ave when I picked it up was more organized. I was not given updates on my car, I had to call to request updates and never really given an actual time estimate. It was just a generic “might be done Friday might be done next week nobody can tell”
