It took two months (after being quoted 2-3 weeks maximum) due to countless unnecessary delays because no one checked the parts when they came in to the store. In retrospect I would have gone elsewhere and can't possibly recommend anyone go here given our experience.

Highly unlikely given the multiple delays for inefficiency. Most people would not be able to afford waiting that long, and had the insurance of the driver that hit us covered the rental car, we would not either and would have lost thousands waiting for our car.

I'm very satisfied with the actual work that was done. The car looks like it was never in an accident, so the repair itself went well. My dissatisfaction was with the process. We were quoted 2-3 weeks maximum. Yet, because of an inefficient system/guidelines on how work was done there was 1-a delay in first getting started. And 2- NONE of the parts were checked when they were received, only WEEKS later when they were actually needed. This resulted in multiple week long delays for each of the parts as they were discovered to not be the right fit before a new one was ordered and received. All of which could have been avoided simply by checking the parts were accurate as they came in so there was ample time to order them before they were needed. The whole process took over 8 weeks to complete as a result! I would not recommend City Collision for that reason.

Car is in great shape! Process was a bit long, but I imagine that was out of their control because other 3rd parties were involved with repairs. Seamlessly worked with the rental car company and my insurance (USAA). Joe was very informative throughout the process and kept me updated.

Overall quite good. Phone calls were sometimes a little jarring, since a lot of information was tossed my way very quickly, but I appreciated being kept in the loop. Easily worked with the car rental company (Enterprise)!
