The technician said she would touch up the paint at no charge even after I offered to pay. When the repairs were complete on a Friday later afternoon, she said the painter guy had already left for the day. I informed her I would pick the vehicle up on a Monday which would have provided additional time to add the painter guy repairs but that didn’t happen.

I worked in insurance and have heard terrible stories from customers. I can hardly believe how easy City Collision was to work with! We were able to get the car in when we wanted, promptly received an estimate, and received almost daily texts to let us know the progress. When we ran into a strange situation with our insurance company, the shop did everything possible to accommodate us. They could easily have charged us for garaging our car during this time, but didn’t. And the result? The car looks brand new! To top it off, the inside had been detailed as well. This car looked like it just came from a show room, not a repair shop. I will recommend to everyone I know! I can hardly believe City Collision was able to erase even the memory of a terrible situation.
