The actual repair to my car looks great. Everything else was horrible. The entire time you had my car you said the 20th and then out of the blue you called and said your cars ready on the 6th and if I kept the rental I would have to pay for it. I was at work, really inconvenient. Papers I had in my sun visor that were sentimental are gone as well as the clip securing the sun visor is broken. What does my rear door have to do with my visor?? And lastly, the entire reason I used you was despite being a much higher estimate, you said you would touch up my bumper for free and you didn’t do it. Literally the only reason I used you.

The staff are wonderful to work with, explaining every step of the repair process. Unfortunately my car was totaled by insurance so no repairs were necessary but we have used City Collision with past repairs and have been extremely happy with the final result. They are my personal favorite when you care about your vehicle and want it done right!
