Progressive Insurance gave me three Body shops to choose from. When I called City Collision and spoke to Lanette, she sounded very knowledgeable and I decided to visit the shop. After talking to her in person, I was convinced that I was at the right shop. She kept me updated with progress and held her delivery date. Absolute a 10 because of her.

Not ready multiple times/dates when they told me it would be. Accessibility equipment not working when I picked it up even though I had it checked before I took it there. No willing to work with me when they went over projected dates.
