To C&L Management. I recently had my 2020 Buick Envision collision repair completed by your Hackettstown NJ repair shop. You asked me for my opinion about my experience. My thoughts are the repair work appears to be good with complete and thorough workmanship. I am very disappointed in the customer support provided by your operations and sales manager Jason Orfield. The time frame for drop off and completion was way too long as I was expecting and was told, 5-7 days for completion. As it turns out the repair took 13 days. But the real issue was not knowing when the repair would be done and ready for pickup. The staff couldn’t tell me precisely when the car would be ready. My wife Tara needed to miss several children’s celebrations and meetings. I suggested to Jason that he provide a feel-better gesture that may help and he said that would be “neither here nor there”. As an organization keep in mind it is not what you do for the customer but how you make them feel. Now we are soured on C&L Collision. I will report my thoughts to State Farm our insurance company! First quote was 2000 then I had another one of ur shops repair it since they had aquicker time in schedulel time in schedule. The estimated price changed 3x more. that geico had to pay. I do like the texts about status and cost of repair. I do like how u returned my car to original c&L shop.and u texted me you did. Right now I'm in the hospital very far away . And I'm not physically capable of driving. Took me half an hour calling shops to find out where my new car was located. I never got a text they returned it to original c&L shop. Not sure why texts stopped. I called original c&L and resolved where my car was and made arrangements with them about how I can get my car. They were very understanding about me being in a hospital very far away having surgery no way for me to pick up car right now. .

The staff is extremely courteous, professional, and great communication with everything from estimate to final inspection after the work has been completed! Not that I am proud of this but we have needed the services 4 times on the last 16 months and have be completely satisfied every time!!!!!
