There appears to be shading differences on the repaired hood and it was scratched on the back edge by the wiper arm.

Although we were very satisfied with the overall service, unfortunately there were some miss on the repair. However, I want to thank you guys for handling our windshield. We did initially suggest that it may have been related to the accident and you confirmed it and worked it thru with our insurance. Grateful to you guys for you that. Despite all those good things came the misses, the first one is that the replacement fender has some small imperfections on it. These imperfections need to be smooth out. Second, the installation of the fender is loose. The screw and bolt need to be tighten. And the third which upsetted me the most is that the rearview mirror fell off enroute. I have not contacted you guys for I had been very busy but I will be going to ask you to remedy the problems I stated.
