A couple of sections of the new piece in front popped off. I brought it back and it was pushed back in place, but by the time I got home, they had popped back off. For almost $3000, I expected a little better than that.

There was a problem with the first text message which was never resolved and emails weren't in my inbox or spam, so I had to call for any updates on the repairs. But the people were all very nice.

Clarks was very helpful in getting a supplemental claim through on my son’s car. They completed repairs in a timely fashion once the parts were received. The staff was friendly, very cooperative and provided good communication

After getting my car home I looked it over and noticed the front bumper still had a scratch and paint on it. Was thinking it would be totally fixed no sign of accident. They also had my car for close to a month.

I thought I saw an issue with the repaire. After asking a couple of my sons they didn’t think it was a problem. After speaking with someone from Clarks I concluded it was nothing the gentleman I spoke to said I could drop by anytime and they would be glad to take a look. I liked that. They are friendly knowledgeable and very nice. Difinitly would recommend them.
