It was not on time as promised which caused me to cancel an event I was signed up to attend on Saturday. However it became ready on Thursday which I was glad to have my car however I had already canceled expecting to not have it in time. I needed my car because I needed the space inside for my supplies. The rental was not adequate. I think the communication was inadequate as well it seems like the insurance and rental knew what was happening with my car before I did concerning the delay because of the wrong part being ordered. This could have gone better.

I would recommend but with caution regarding the promise of timing and getting the correct parts up front. However, I was told they had the parts so I would explain that as well

I have made a comment already and did this survey I am sorry you do not like it but it is what it is. You could have done better with my car and giving me updates regarding the delay. I had to cancel an event because of the delay because you ordered the wrong part.

I am very pleased. The other place I went to claimed the damage was far worse than it was and you guys also cleaned my car better than it has ever been cleaned. My car legitimately actually looks nicer than before I got rear-ended... which is not even a joke. I wish I had before and after pictures.
