I scheduled my appointment a month in advance so that I could leave it while I was on vacation and pick up my repaired car when I got back. Instead, they had not ordered the needed part until I had dropped the car off. Apparently, the part came in wrong twice, and they were unable to fix my car. They had it for three weeks and I had to schedule a rental car upon my return. A little forethought would have been good. Order the part when I made the appointment, have the part when I drop the car off, fix the car while I’m on vacation. The car is fixed now, and fine, but it could have gone much smoother.
