Everything was great however it took a long time for Clark's to receive necessary parts from wherever they get them. We were lucky we had a vehicle able to use while waiting, but if we hadn't been able to borrow a vehicle, we would not have been able to afford to rent a vehicle for that long, and would have had to find someone who could do the repairs faster.

The repair was completed. When picking up our truck is was straight forward and a quick process. We were disappointed with the way our question was answered for the white stuff that was on the truck, "it will wash off" no interest, no explanation, no sorry, no let's give it a quick hose down. I was like why are you asking. Anyway we are happy with the repair
