The car repairs are satisfactory. My experience with JT was excellent. My biggest concern with both my times as a client at Classic Collision is Dax. My experience with him is less than stellar. He lacks the follow-through with communication that your clients deserve. During both of my visits to your shop, Dax never called with the updates that I was told he would. He was never available to take my phone calls when I called for an update, and he never returned my messages, despite the office staff saying he would. I would hate for a great group of people that provide an excellent service to lose their reputation due to one person's lack of customer service. I hope Dax views this as a learning opportunity and takes my feedback as a constructive suggestion, rather than an attack, because it is not.
