The repair work looks great and that is important, but for me customer service is also important. You are doing a great job in that area. You have excellent team members. Every person that we dealt with was kind and helpful. The one small issue that we did encounter was quickly addressed and handled professionally.

I took my Lexus to Classic Chevrolet in spite of the insurance company trying to steer me to another body shop. They handled the whole claim process for me and made this bad situation easier for me. They repaired my car in a timely fashion and it looks great. I was able to drop my car off at the shop and get into one of their inhouse rental cars. Very nice touch! I will definitely be back!

Classic staff was very accomindating and caring about my needs and concerns dealing with my wreck vehicle, Rick Bloss was my estimator and my go to person for all my needs, and together we work with the insurance company to get me back on the road again, not only after my car was complete, I found a issue with some oil leakage and I brought it back the next day, Mr Bloss was off that day, one of the body mechanic supervisor got me hook up with a loaner car until Mr.Bloss have his guys look at the issue on his return...Communication I give a 10!! Thank Classic for everything!
