As far as customer service not good at all but as far as the quality of work done to the vehicle that part was great.

Had to leave 4 different voice mails before my contact person called me back as well I repeated myself on three different occasions on how much my deductible was but still I was questioned many times about it. My contact was nice but seemed like she seemed to be too busy to write down notes about my file or has too much on her plate over there. Also I was told to drop the vehicle off on a Monday morning and I recieved a phone call from my contact Tuesday afternoon late asking if I had dropped it off yet even though they had the vehicle in their possession since Monday morning at 9 when I was told to drop it.
