Provider accused me of keeping check issued by Allstate then after I called myself doing there job to prove Allstate never provided a check to me then 2 days later called me to let me know they didn’t finish the job and they will call to finish yet I haven’t received this follow up call and it’s been a week

This is the very first time I have had a vehicle of mine taken to this body shop, and I must say I was very IMPRESSED when I first walked in to get the process started! All I had done was contacted my insurance company that I had hit a deer and they told me where to take my Lincoln to get it fixed and set the appointment time up to get an estimate. I showed up and these great folks took it from there and made the process easy and painless to get my car fixed! The day my Lincoln was taken in to be fixed I received daily updates on my vehicle and when I could come and pick it up. When it was time to go and get my vehicle, I was very happy and pleased when picking it up! It was as if no deer had been hit at all, and was actually able to pick it up 2 days earlier than was told that it would be ready! :0) You will not be disappointed with these fine and professional folks at the Classic Collision Center in Albemarle N.C!

The door panel looks good. But it's like a traded that damage for another. A dime spot in the paint on my hood is chipped. I know that wasn't there before. But other than that it's all good
