I had to keep texting them to find out when my car was going to be completed. It was supposed to be finished Tuesday and was not completed until Friday. The windshield could not be seen out of when I picked it up. They were supposed to fix my lights and they were not fixed and gave me no explanation

Staff was super friendly and car was repaired. Could use some improvement in communication. Car was scheduled to be repaired on 12/27 and everyday I got an automated text until that day saying everything was on track. I called the 27th was told my car was in paint, I would get a call back but could probably pick up tomorrow. Never heard anything. Got an auto text on the 29th saying it would be done the 2nd and another one saying it was done and someone would be calling me. Never heard anything. Called the 2nd and was told there was a delay was not told a new expected pick up day. Then received a phone call on the 5th saying it was ready. Overall I feel I had a good experience, but communication about car status could be greatly improved.

Very rude lady up front and they didn't even fix the car all the way and instead of fixing my bumper they duct taped it and left my windshield busted

Even after half of the crew came down with the flu, they still had my truck ready when they said they would. If it not been for the illnesses, it probably would have probably been ready early.
