I will never use a Barstow shop again

The rear bumper was reconditioned horribly. Your so called expert didn't see the damage to the under cargae of the bumper that connects to the frame. They are cracked. The tow hitch cover is poorly sprayed the inside was not done. Over spray looks unprofessional. This place charged you for labor that was not done. I have photos of this and would like a follow up from an agent from AAA.

My vehicle took an additional week past it’s original promise return date and the only reason I was notified was because I had to call in for updates. In addition to the delay I also noticed my driver front wheel had more scratches then when I dropped off the car, and also there is gray over spray on that same wheel from when the car was painted. The car overall looks pretty good I was just disappointed with the lack of communication and attention to detail.

Body work was done well. I am satisfied. I gave 1 less star because of time taken. Although I understand things happen out of everyone’s control. It took a bit long. However I will still recommend classic collision to others. I wouldn’t mention the delay as I know it was happenstance.

I love how professional everybody is and I love how everybody is not afraid to laugh and joke. Right now with this whole pandemic going on I believe it makes everybody feel on edge and being able to speak with people and have a nice time and people actually try to get to know you for who you are and speak more about normal things really makes somebody feel relaxed and appreciated. It’s nice to know that I am more than just my car that I brought in for repair.
