Rather than having me come to the shop twice (one time for drop off of the car and one time for pick up of the car), I came 5 times for my car: 1) for drop off, 2) recieved a call on a Friday night that my car will be ready for pick up that night and they will give me a call that night for pick up. However, I did not receive that call and tried to pick up my car on Monday morning. It was not ready on Monday morning. 3) I came back later that Monday afternoon to pick up the car and then was told that my back tire cover was scratched during repair and that they are ordering a part and that I will need to be coming back for - I appreciate the effort to repair the mistake but why was a scratched up in the first place. 4) I came back since my brake lights were on as I drove my car back - stopped back a couple days later. I appreciated the effort to fix the issue but the part that was suppose to be ordered is still not there and a 5th trip will need to be made. I truly did not appreciate the lack of efficiency and the amount of time that it wasted overall for the repair. It is frustrating to be running to Buckhead 5 times for something that should have taken 2.

This was a far easier and smoother process than I would have dared to hope it could be. Mr. Lofton was transparent from start to finish and helped me choose the best course of action to minimize my time without the vehicle. I was able to pre-order the parts (shipping from overseas) and once they arrived, I was able to schedule my drop-off at the most convenient time. He told me five days and it was ready at the end of day four. I couldn’t be happier with the results because everything is once again just as the day I bought it. The best part was the CarWise app that kept me informed of the process every step of the way. I forgot to mention the lifetime warranty on the work they performed as an added piece of mind. I cannot recommend Classic Collision enough. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, will not hesitate to return.
