While the reason I used Classic Collision (Burnsville) wasn’t a pleasant one (accident), working with Hussain and the team was a VERY positive experience. In our initial meeting, Hussain explained the process of repairing my vehicle. He kept me informed each day that my car was in the shop. AND, my vehicle was completely repaired earlier than expected! Once again Hussain provided a thorough review of what was remedied when I retrieved my Subaru. I also appreciated the ease of working with Enterprise to pick up and drop off a rental right at Classic Collision. I highly recommend this shop if a person finds themselves in the unfortunate instance of needing repairs doe to an accident. And ask for Hussain — top notch customer service!
