My tailgate doesn’t close/lock into place as it did before. I will contact the shop. I’m just busy at work and I need my truck. But all in all, I like the work done.

The staff was friendly, the repair was done in a timely manner. The whole process was easy. one thing is I was confused with the delay, I was told my car would be done Wednesday, and if for whatever reasons there was a delay I was going to receive a phone call, I check the app to inform me that my car would be delayed, and when I called in about it the staff member told me maybe Monday which four days after the day it was supposed to be done. I understand the reason for the delay but the way it was communicate it was very confusing

Quick and easy! My car went in and was do 5 day before Expected. My car look brand new and they also cleaned the floors on the inside which was a plus for me. Great customer service all and all a good experience

While the work was satisfactory, I would have to be honest about what had happened to me and the fact that I have to go back for missing trim pieces. However, I was happy that I could get the car in before the holidays whereas most places were not able to get me in until mid-January.
