Kim and Jeremy at the Burnsville location were excellent communicators and keeping me informed the whole time. Every time I called, they were more than happy to receive my phone call. They were patient and understanding, as was I. It's hard with the cold and snow to see if it's a job well done, but it looks amazing otherwise. This is in no way saying the credit at the Burnsville location did a bad job. I'm more than happy with the way they treated me and I know the auto body team worked hard and made my car look as close to perfect as they could. As a matter of fact, I told Kim personally I appreciate her and all the help I've been receiving.

Kim and Jeremy at the Burnsville location were very attentive and made sure what I needed to know was met. There was delays, but nothing that they could control. Although I haven't had a proper look at the car due to the snow, the bumper and fog light looks great. The color looks like it's a match. I hope you can understand if I have the need for discrepancies in the future. Beside all that its looks like fantastic job. I'm very happy with working with the fine employees at Classic Collision.
