Excellent work, but two quick ares for improvement: quote was not received as promised. Had to follow up a few days later. I asked multiple times to put my name on everything, but my husband’s name keeps appearing (even on this survey). This isn’t his car, his accident, etc. That’s not very professional. Otherwise very good work.
