I know an estimate is just an estimate, but it's so very important to me when shopping around for the best value. A 31% increase over the initial estimate is, to me, a significant error..

I'm not thrilled that y'all came in $400 over estimate, and that it took 10 days longer than promised. The quality of work was great (one should expect nothing less) but I won't recommend simply because a customer feels powerless when you change the price in the middle of the project.

Once again I was impressed with the service at Classic Collision. This was the second time I brought my car in for repairs and the team here makes it easy at every step. From rental car suggestions and pick ups to coordinating with the insurance company so I didn’t have to do any of that. I almost didn’t recognize my car it looked so great …on the body work that was done AND the incredible detailed cleaning they did INSIDE my car! Wow. Great service!
