Mixed feelings. As a plus, I assume the repair was done well and is of good quality Not sure that outweighs the delays and lack of communication. I had my choice of repair shops and selected Classic after reading positive customer reviews. Not sure after the fact that I made the best choice.

Everyone I spoke with on the phone was helpful, esp Bill at the Castle Rock location. I didn't give a 10 because the car was sent from one shop to three others before the repair was completed. Apparently, text updates for being sent to my brother Nick, who passed away in Sept. I believe I explained this to the first customer service person I spoke with on the phone but no one thought to ask if the updates were coming to my cell phone number instead of his.
