All is good. It’s a bit petty to charge a visa fee for a $8,000 job. Just a small point, but it’s kind of silly to charge it against the deductible for a customer.. third or fourth time I’ve used classic and it makes the company feel small shop

We had a pretty good size door ding on our Lincoln Aviator. I was told that they would probably be able to get 85% of it out. The shop would also need the car for about a day. Not only was the car done early but they got 100% of the damage taken care of..can’t even tell anything was there! Awesome communication and customer service! Definitely recommend.

FYI, this is the second time I filled this out, when I tried to submit it, it erased everything. I picked Classis solely because of the way I was treated by Zoey during the estimate. I got 3 estimates, not because of costs, but because I wanted excellent customer service and Zoey delivered and thruout the entire process
