Everyone was friendly and helpful. Felt like neighbors helping more than a frustrating business transaction. Answered all questions and seemlessly worked with the insurance carrier as additional issues were identified. Thank you to all the customer facing employees that were friendly, informative and went out of their way to help, including giving me a ride home at drop off and delivering my car upon completion. Your text system that kept me advised on the progress of my car was a great tool. Thank you to the technicians who did an outstanding job on my repairs.
